Greatest Acne Cures - Three Acne Cures Which will Clear Up Your Skin Fast and Kill Facial & Body Acne

When you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, what do you see? Is it a distinct, beautiful, shining face? Or is it infested with acne, covered in red, patchy zits and flaky pores and skin? If you're reading this, chances are it's Situation Number 2. If so, you need to know what the greatest acne cures are to choose from that aren't expensive but are still practical and successful at the same time.

But stop! Before you continue, there's one thing you must know! There is no such thing as an actual "acne cure." Companies will promise you an acne cure in their cure-all miracle acne products, but in the end, the best a product can do for you is help you in controlling and eliminating your current acne. It cannot cure your acne problem now, and it can't promise to always prevent future breakouts.

With that said, here's the top best acne cures that I've found work the greatest at controlling acne for me.

1. Microdermabrasion: This dermatological treatment is by far the best I can recommend for taking care of facial acne. It usually takes one or two treatments for me to see results, which usually come within about a week of getting the microdermabrasion done.

2. Zinc: If you're going to "cure" your acne, you'll need to start taking supplements and vitamins which will kill bacteria and regulate the cleanliness of your bloodstream from the inside out. Zinc and vitamin C are always good ways of doing this. Take one 50 mg tablet of zinc each day at lunch or dinner, and you'll see your pores and skin clearing up soon.

3. Acne Diet: Like I mentioned before, you need to start working from the inside out when looking for the greatest acne cures. Going on a short acne diet is kind of like a fast for your pores and skin - only instead of depriving it completely, you're replacing bad foods and substances with foods which will clean out your pores and skin and get rid of the waste through natural methods, not through spitting it out in the form of zits.
